There will be an Extraordinary Meeting om Monday 6th August to discuss the proposed planning application by Mrs Hollins on the land opposite the Combermere Arms. Details of the application are below.

App No 18/3433N – Outline Planning Application to construct 12no. dwellings (8no. two storey houses & 4 Bungalows) with scale and access off Dodds Green Lane, with all other matters (appearance, landscaping and layout) reserved. Location – Agricultural land at junction of Dodds Green Lane and Whitchurch Road, Whitchurch, Burleydam, SY13 4AW

Decision: ToThe Parish Council will review the content of the plans & consider the Council’s response to the proposed outline planning application.
